PROMOTION PERIOD: The G8Only Corp. Waverunner Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on July 23, 2023 and *ends once all entries are sold.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to permanent legal residents of the Continental United States and the District of Columbia, entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry who have a valid driver’s license. Void in Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, directors, officers, or agents of G8Only Corp. their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers to G8Only Corp. and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related are ineligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:

•Automatically via a purchase. Eligible individuals who make an online purchase on G8Only’s corporate website, during the promotion period, will automatically receive one allotted entries outlined on eligible purchase. No limit on number of entries received with a purchases on G8Only Corp’s participating website/s. The number of entries you receive will be based on the total listed entries of your eligible purchase/s. If a purchase is cancelled or disputed prior to the drawing, entry/ies associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are final. Purchases made using an G8Only Corp. Gift Card will not receive an entry.

•To enter without a purchase via a mail-in, hand write the following on the front of a 3×5 card, your full name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. Insert card in a #10 envelope and mail via certified mail to: G8Only Waverunner Giveaway, 1565 RT 37 W, Unit 8, Toms River, NJ 08755 (each envelope must be mailed individually and only one entry will be posted per envelope received) – return address and G8Only Corp. mailing address must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must include all requested information (as stated above) to be considered an entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted and will be destroyed. Mail-in entries received that follow the instructions noted above will earn one (1) entries per envelope. No limit on number of entries received via the no purchase method of entry (mail-in entries). Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entry will be accepted. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries or entries which are illegible or incomplete will be permitted. No entries other than those completed officially stated in the rules above will be accepted or entertained . Neither the sponsor nor any of its agencies are responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries. All materials submitted become the property of the G8only Corp. and none will be returned. Neither Sponsor nor Independent Administrator is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. G8Only Corp is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Metered mail will not be accepted. All information must be complete to be eligible. Personal information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the Giveaway and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner.

DIGITAL GIFT CARD: All entries purchased at full price will receive a $25 digital gift card to the G8Only Corp site of their choosing per entry. Digital gift cards will be awarded 1-5 business days after live drawing of grand prize winner.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: A random drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted once all entries are sold, decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: There is a total of one (1) Grand prize offered in this Giveaway with a maximum total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $20,000.

GRAND PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize Winner is responsible for registration, license, title and insurance fees and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize and must provide a valid driver’s license and evidence of insurance (as required) prior to pickup. Vehicle must be picked up by Winner at the storage address no more than 30 days after the Winner has been confirmed (unless otherwise communicated by G8Only Corp. prior to pick-up). G8Only Corp is not responsible to assist/provide temporary documents for Winner to get waverunner to final destination. Winner is responsible for all costs and fees associated with picking up prize (including but not limited to airfare, gas, temporary registration, insurance, towing fees, etc.). The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of G8Only Corp. Winner of this giveaway will only receive the posted prize with no added or exchangeable monetary option. G8Only Corp will not refund, return or offer any prize or monetary replacement other than what is describe in this official listing.

Prize Winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on their prize and for any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. G8Only Corp. reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value at any time during the duration of the Giveaway. The winner must qualify Open to legal permanent residents of the who are at least the age of 18 years and/or considered a legal adult in his/her state, province, or territory of residence as of the date of entry and who have internet access and a valid and active email account (the “Entrant All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable by the winner to any other entrant. The prize must be redeemed from a G8only Corp representative within 30 days of the contest Giveaway Event. If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit any winner and choose new winner from official entrance list. This will be considered the runner up.

By accepting the prize, winner releases G8only Corp, its advertising and promotional agencies and each of their officers, directors, and employees, from any and all liability with respect to the prize or any actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damage, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize or contest related activity and winner also acknowledges that said parties have neither made, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, promise or guaranty, express or implied, relative to the prize or otherwise.

PRIZE GENERAL RULES: Grand Prize Potential Winner will be notified by email, followed by a phone call, on or about November 4, 2022. All potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if Winner is a minor – residents of Mississippi are considered a minor under the age of 21, residents of Nebraska and Alabama are considered minors under the age of 19) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility /Publicity and Liability Release, and W9 (where legal and where required) within 24 hours of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner determined at random from among all eligible entries. If any potential Prize Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state, prize will be awarded in the name of the Winner’s parent or legal guardian. If the potential Winner does not return the required documents within the stated timeframe, the corresponding Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner will be selected. INTERNET: Releasees and any Internet access or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access Web sites, or damage to a user’s computer system (hardware or software) due to participation in this Giveaway. If Sponsor determines, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Giveaway or if any noncompliance with the rules has occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received in the applicable drawing pool as of the promotion end date. If the Giveaway is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its end date, notice will be posted at G8Only Corp’s participating websites. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Giveaway is unlawful and subject to legal action by the G8Only Corp or its agents. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The G8Only Corp. Race Car Giveaway “authorized account” holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any online entries submitted by automated means, or third-party, will be disqualified. Entries will not be valid until received by G8Only Corp.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Promotion is offered only in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.

Tampering and Delivery Disclaimer    The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any person, who the Sponsor determines (in its discretion) is or is attempting to: (i) tamper with any part of the Contest; (ii) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, (iii) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants, agents or representatives of the Sponsor; and/or (iv) otherwise violating these Official Rules.

Publicity; Use of Personal Information Disclaimer. By participating, where allowed by law, the Winner, by default grants permission to the Sponsor to use their name, character, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Sponsor may use such information for marketing purposes, and may include the name of the winner in a publicly available winner(s) list

Release By participating in the Contest each participant and winner holds harmless and waives any and all claims of liability or damages against the Contest’s Sponsor and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or any loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the award, receipt and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto. In order to participate in the Giveaway Event or to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Sponsor.

Miscellaneous. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Compliance with Law: BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, PARTICIPANTS HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF THIS CONTEST ADJUDICATED IN ANY OTHER FORUM. Liability: In consideration of entering and/or attending the Lease Giveaway, I release G8Only Corp, its owners, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all claims I, or my agents or assigns may every have, including but not limited to tort, common law and contract claims, other than any express contractual obligations of G8only Corp. as expressly set forth in the contest rules.
